I wanted to start this thread to have a little discussion about Halloween memories. I'm hoping for some pretty amazing and funny stories about something that happened on Halloween in the past that you will never forget.

Most of my Halloween memories were filled with some amazing moments, some fun, and others not so fun. Here is one moment I will never forget.

It was about ten years ago, I was attending a Family and Friends Halloween Party at my Uncles house. We were having a good time. We had the Halloween Music blasting, bobbing for apples, costume contests, and many other Halloween activities going on. When Dark hit My uncle had a few of us light up a trail with torches for a Haunted Hayride. So we did, then we were asked to hide in the woods to scare the everyone as they went through the trail.

After a few minutes I was settled in my hiding spot next to the pond that was located just inside the tree line. The surrounding area was clear, but the edges of the pond were I was, had a thick section cattails. I was standing just in the cattails, were it was a little muddy, but dry enough for me to hide. Dressed in a wolf like costume I waited for the tractor to approach me. I waited just enough for the back end of the trailer to reach me then I jumped out of the cattails and chased the wagon, I got a few jumps and screams, but I wanted more. So I kept running next to the pond after the wagon, but unfortunately I forget that the pond curved and was directly in my path. With all my concentration targeted on the trailer, I ran up a slight incline and then suddenly the ground beneath me wasn't there anymore, I ended up falling into the freezing water of the pond. I came out of the pond cold and embarrassed, but as the night went on everyone at the party couldn't stop talking or laughing about it. So I guess I became the talk of the Party! It is something that I will never forget.

Halloween Costumes

One of my favorite memories was around 5th grade, me and a few of my friends dressed up as Kiss band, I was Peter Chris, if I recall correctly, it reminded me of a cat with whiskers. It was a long time ago but, I felt pretty cool because, we were dressed up as a famous rock group

It's not a great story, and we didn't win any prizes but to be able to dress up as we liked and not get into trouble was something that we thought was "cool".
